Servipier has been in activity in real estate market since 2002. At first, the activities were limited in the french part of Switzerland. Progressively, our clents' circle has pushed us to go further ans further.

A little bit more than 50% of our contracts are realised in collaboration with coleague.
Concerning our interventions' conditions, we use operating models and conditions of the field's standards. Our contracts and rates for swiss mandates are modeled on the USPI's. For international mandates, we refer to the Parisian Chamber of Commerce's recommandations, especially concerning the wage rates.
